Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope​
​
These terms and conditions apply to all orders for tickets for events or individual private events concluded via the Saveurs AG platform.
​
2. Contracting Parties
​
The purchase contract is concluded between:

and the respective buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

3. Conclusion of Contract
​
The presentation of tickets on our platform does not constitute a legally binding offer but is an invitation to place an order. By completing the order process and clicking the “Buy Now” button, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation email from Saveurs AG. For individually organized events, such as corporate events, a separate agreement will be established between the parties.

4. Prices
​
All prices listed are final prices and include statutory VAT. No shipping costs apply, as the delivery of tickets is made exclusively by email.

5. Delivery
​
Tickets will be delivered immediately after successful payment to the email address provided by the Customer.
​
6. Payment
​
Payment for tickets can be made via credit card or Twint. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of Title
​
Tickets remain the property of Saveurs AG until full payment has been received. Use of the tickets for participation in the respective events is only permitted after payment has been completed.

8. Right of Withdrawal
​
No right of withdrawal exists, as these are services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period (Art. 40f Swiss Code of Obligations).

9. Warranty
​
Statutory warranty rights apply where applicable. In the event of technical issues with ticket delivery, the Customer is requested to contact Saveurs AG immediately.

10. Final Provisions
​
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the contract remains valid in all other respects. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the statutory provision.

Privacy Policy
​
The protection of your data is important to us. As a visitor and user of our website, you agree to the following terms of use concerning your data. You generally decide whether and which personal data you wish to provide to us. However, by visiting our website and/or subscribing to our newsletter, we automatically receive information on how you use our website and newsletter and which information and offers are of particular interest to you. For these statistical analyses, we use Google Analytics.
When you register on our website, make a reservation request, or request information materials and other services, we require personal information from you, such as your name and address. If these services are provided by third parties, we will pass on the necessary data to these parties. By providing your data, you automatically consent to this process. In all other cases, we will handle your personal information internally and confidentially, and will only provide anonymized data to third parties.
The processing of your data by us or by third parties aims to provide you with personalized information tailored to your interests and needs and to collect statistical data. Any other use of your personal data is expressly excluded.

Refund Policy​
​
1. No Right of Return for Event Tickets
​
As our tickets (including individually organized private events) are services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period, no right of withdrawal or return exists after the completion of the order/contract (Art. 40f Swiss Code of Obligations).

2. Refund in Case of Event Cancellation
​
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price. The refund will typically be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card or Twint).

3. Event Postponement
​
In the case of an event postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date or may be refunded. A refund in such cases is excluded unless the new date is demonstrably unreasonable for the ticket holder. Please contact us within 7 days of notification of the new date by email in this case.

4. No Refund for Non-Attendance
​
If a customer does not attend the event, no refund will be provided.
​
5. Refund Processing Time
​
In the case of a justified refund, the refund will be processed within 21 business days after confirmation by us.
